Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess the feasibility and viability of potential growth initiatives and partnerships that align with business unit and corporate goals
  • Communicate strategic objectives and updates to key stakeholders
  • Lead or co-lead cross-functional teams to drive and implement identified growth initiatives
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally; determine who and when to involve other departments
  • Anticipate potential challenges and risks associated with growth initiatives and develop mitigation plans
  • Drive organizational change management to support the successful implementation of the growth initiatives
  • Track project performance and provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on status/impact of initiatives
  • Be a thought partner with the initiative sponsor and program managers
  • Work with analysts, project managers and SMEs to shepherd initiatives through development stages, from analysis to execution
  • Develop and manage roadmaps, timelines, and budgets
  • Overseeing the design, prototyping, and testing phases to ensure specifications are met
  • Working with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and positioning
  • Monitoring performance post-launch and incorporating feedback into future development
  • Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on product progress and milestones
  • Ensures that every phase of a particular project proceeds as scheduled
  • Makes adjustments and updates to a development plan when the current idea is not working
  • Organize and present projects for reviews
