Summary

Sympower is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to join their team and lead multi-channel Account Based Marketing and Demand Generation campaigns using HubSpot and other ABM tools. The marketing manager will contribute to strategic campaign planning, offer insights on technology and best practices, and develop innovative content distribution strategies. They will collaborate with various marketing teams and report to the Marketing Director. The role can be based in one of Sympower's office locations or remotely from an EU hiring location.

Requirements

• 4+ years of demand generation experience in fast-paced environments, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS Growth Marketing with high annual contract value
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market campaigns that drive revenue growth
• In-depth experience with HubSpot, marketing analytics, and leveraging AI for growth marketing
• Passion for data-driven marketing and a commitment to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and evaluate multi-channel Account Based Marketing and Demand Generation campaigns across various regions using HubSpot and other ABM tools
• Contribute to strategic campaign brainstorming and offer insights on technology and best practices
• Develop innovative content distribution strategies that drive growth
• Collaborate with experts in Communications, PR, Content Marketing, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Product Marketing
• Lead the growth team and drive efforts across multiple markets and countries
