Requirements
- You have your own laptop or computer and a stable internet connection in order to work remotely
- Passion for Carrumโs mission to improve access to quality specialty care and desire to work at a high-growth healthcare startup
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful โ As an early member of a startup, we need people who can find creative ways to make a big impact quickly and without much direction
- Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with operations, client success, data, and product teams to ideate, complete projects, and drive impactful results
- Project management experience and like to be process-oriented
- Clinical or healthcare exposure (coursework, internships, etc.) at the undergraduate or pre-graduate level
Responsibilities
- Learn about provider marketing and sales strategies by partnering with the business unit GMs and the Provider BD team to communicate Carrumโs value proposition
- Gain hands-on experience in sales, pipeline management, and business development by interacting with key stakeholders
- Manage project timelines and keep all stakeholders informed on progress updates
- Monitor, report on, and analyze the impact of key utilization-driving initiatives
- Set up new processes and present your proposed processes to a cross-functional team as the culmination of your internship
- Get exposure to managers and leaders with excellence in business acumen
- Work with dedicated managers and knowledgeable peer mentors
- Network and build relationships within our organization
- Participate in all events available to our employees

Preference will be given to candidates located in Kentucky
