Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
- Proven experience in financial analysis, profitability, and strategic planning
- Mastery of analytical and data tools, such as SQL, advanced Excel, and visualization platforms (Databricks, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, among others)
- Ability to structure and implement complex financial and operational processes efficiently and scalably
- Ability to translate technical analyses into strategic insights and practical recommendations
- Strong executive communication skills, with experience in presentations to leadership and senior management
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools
- Advanced English (mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Consolidate key metrics of acquisition operations, creating strategic reports and analyses that inform decisions at the tactical and executive levels
- Structure, manage, and optimize the payment flow, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes
- Develop detailed financial analyses to evaluate the feasibility and economic impact of strategies and initiatives
- Propose and implement incentive models for different acquisition operations, aligning business objectives with the engagement of partners and affiliates
- Consolidate the team's strategic planning, including growth projections, sensitivity analyses, and forecast scenarios, to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Conduct in-depth analyses of operational flows, growth strategies, and profitability, generating actionable insights for continuous optimization
- Ensure alignment and fluid communication with multi-functional teams (data, FP&A, product, and operations) and internal stakeholders, facilitating the execution of initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing incentive strategies in high-volume contexts
- Knowledge of acquisition operations, sales funnels, and digital growth channels
- Familiarity with forecasting tools and financial projection frameworks
