Summary
Instrumental Group is seeking a Growth Strategist with at least 5 years of experience in client-facing marketing strategy. Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, working with clients on digital marketing, and utilizing HubSpot's tools. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in project management software, and have a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
- At least 5 years working in a similar role with a track record of tangible results
- Deep experience in HubSpot
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adept at juggling many projects at once, working cross-functionally, while never losing sight of the core message and goal behind your work
- Demonstrate proficiency in project management and marketing software
- Ability to set and run an agenda, lead pointed conversations, and keep clients on task
- Working knowledge of Google Suite, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative growth strategies
- Coordinate the effective creation of digital marketing strategy development for clients
- Work closely with senior leaders, clients, and teammates to create and execute demand generation sprints
- Campaign planning for project management over an array of web, marketing, and sales deliverables over 4-6 month periods
- Connect all strategies and activities towards annual campaign plans and goals
- Manage regular campaign communication over phone, email, and Zoom conferences
- Contribute to the growth of your personal and agency brand by writing great content and promoting it through social channels
