Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or sales strategy/business operations roles at a SaaS technology company
  • Experience with deep quantitative analysis and financial modeling
  • Ability to leverage reports and data to gain qualitative insights into business challenges
  • Skill in translating complex information into easily consumable insights
  • Capable of managing multiple, competing stakeholders
  • Excellent communicator in all forms (verbal, visual, and written) who can facilitate key discussions and drive alignment
  • Structured project manager with creativity to assist in creating compelling sales programs
  • Self-starter with high motivation to exceed expectations
  • Proven track record of execution, ownership, and accountability in delivering results

Responsibilities

  • Perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Proactively identify opportunities for significant operational improvements; structure and execute projects to implement solutions
  • Develop reporting processes and systems to improve seller performance and sales manager effectiveness
  • Define key performance metrics, build reports and dashboards, and present improvement recommendations to sales leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive projects through to implementation
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales Leadership, helping define and deliver strategic programs
