Join Cabify's team as a Growth Trainee and contribute to making cities more people-friendly by experimenting with new products, collaborating across departments, and resolving business problems through data analysis.

Requirements

• Affinity with our principles
• Currently studying at least the 7th cycle of Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields
• Analytical capacity, curiosity, proactivity, and listening skills are desirable
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite Advanced and Microsoft Office Advanced (Excel advanced is essential)
• Valuable level of English (reading mainly)

Responsibilities

• Experiment with new products and tools to improve operations
• Collaborate with diverse areas (Operations, Marketing, Finance) to coordinate initiatives and projects that impact the business
• Learn about incrementalism and A/B testing to achieve more trips through a better level of service
• Resolve business problems through frameworks to help make decisions that have a real impact on the business and user experience in the app
• Lead interactions with commercial partners and manage key indicators to build mutual benefit
