GSI Partner Leader, Remote - United States
Summary
The job is for a GSI Leader in Nozomi Networks' Sales department to expand the Elite Partner Program with Americas-based GSIs and other global strategic partners. The role involves driving global growth through strategic relationships, executing a global GTM strategy, building relationships, presenting metrics, leading QBRs, and more.
Requirements
- 7 years+ experience in a sales role managing and leading GSI partner accounts focused on cybersecurity or related software products
- Demonstrated experience executing global GTM strategy with GSI partners
Responsibilities
- Execute global GTM strategy for highly strategic GSIs and global partners
- Build on existing relationships within Nozomi’s Elite Partner community and recruit new relevant partners when necessary
- Ongoing enablement of partner ecosystem and management of GSI partner relationships
- Present weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual metrics reporting by partner
- Lead executive QBRs and Value Business Reviews with strategic partners and Nozomi executives
- Embrace ”One Team” approach in all activities
- Execute against the business plan and with dynamic adaptation tactically and strategically, to serve our customers, Nozomi Networks and our partner ecosystem
- Exceed quarterly results for sales bookings with a focus on driving New Logos and New ACV through assigned strategic partners
- Learn new and emerging technologies and remain current with information security news, techniques, and trends
- Attend industry trade shows and security related conferences in support of partner engagement activities
- Set and manage expectations with senior stakeholders, assigned GSI partners and team members
- Provide input into overall partner ecosystem strategy and PRM activities
- Work closely with Marketing to execute promotions, campaigns and awareness through assigned partners
Preferred Qualifications
- CISO level selling is highly preferred
- Salesforce, Clari, and Impartner experience
- Ability to drive executive conversations towards economic value, operational resiliency and total ROI is a must
- Highly motivated and adept at consistently exceeding sales bookings targets
- Must be able to adapt to change quickly and with minimal downtime
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with partners, executives, and customers on a daily basis
- Experience in US Federal SI is a plus
- Spanish and/or Italian proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in working with EMEA and APAC based GSI partners is a plus
