Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong focus on GTM roles within the technology sector
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can prioritize competing demands effectively
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Hiretual, or similar
- A commitment to creating diverse and inclusive talent pipelines, aligned with Sustainable Talentβs mission and values
Responsibilities
- Partner with the clientβs hiring managers to understand their GTM hiring needs and build effective, scalable recruitment strategies
- Leverage various sourcing tools and methods to build a robust pipeline of top GTM talent, including sales, marketing, and customer success leaders
- Proactively reach out to, engage, and nurture candidates, ensuring a delightful recruitment experience from initial contact to onboarding
- Manage the entire recruiting process, including job postings, screenings, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on hiring trends, talent availability, and competitive benchmarks to the client
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, ensuring alignment with the clientβs business goals and culture
