Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Hadoop Developer
  • 2+ years of experience with Python and ETL experience
  • Previous experience working with Hadoop deployments/migrations
  • Prior experience working in an enterprise environment with a large number of users
  • Previous experience with data warehouses and working with erroneous data

Responsibilities

  • Develop Hadoop Development within the database
  • Maintain and monitor the Hadoop environment, addressing vulnerabilities and resolving issues in the OS
  • Monitor Hadoop clusters & functionality to support data migration
