Responsibilities

  • Assisting with general employee processes such as hiring, recruiting, vetting candidates, and assisting with interviews
  • Utilize recruitment databases and other resources to search for potential candidates
  • Contact candidates via email or phone to inform them about job opportunities
  • Supporting HR-related training programs and workshops
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update candidate information in the database
  • Ensure A Player agreements are signed and stored in the database for each employee
  • Maintaining employee and candidate data in Bamboo HR, Jazz ATS, and other HR systems
  • Assist with building training courses and programs in learning management systems
  • Maintain and update operational dashboards for leadership
  • Support in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Coordinate logistics for events, such as venue booking, catering, and audio-visual requirements
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry
  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including HR team members, department directors, and external candidates
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of recruitment and administrative processes
  • Provide timely updates and reports to the Human Capital Manager and other relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations in all recruitment and administrative activities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment and event planning
  • Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions, A Player agreements, employee handbooks, and other HR-related documents as required
