Summary

Join our team as a HCM Business Analyst and play a key role in designing, configuring, testing, and deploying cloud-based HCM solutions. This remote position requires 7+ years of experience in a lead role focused on HR/Human Capital Management (HCM), including a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, compliance regulations, and industry best practices. Proficiency in a specific HCM SaaS platform (e.g., Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR business owners, IT developers, and project managers. Strong analytical and communication skills are crucial for troubleshooting system issues and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Requirements

  • Have 7 years of experience in a lead, functional/technical, or similar role focused on HR/Human Capital Management (HCM) providing design, configuration, testing and deployment of cloud-based solutions
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
  • Have proficiency in a specific HCM SaaS platform like Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc
  • Demonstrate experience with solution design and configuration, data mapping, reporting tools, and integration technologies
  • Have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR business owners, IT developers, and project managers
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or any related field from an appropriately accredited institution

  • Troubleshoot system issues and identify solutions
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Facilitate and lead meetings and discussions with end-users, business owners, and team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have talent management experience
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the state’s organization management and culture, specifically organization roles versus user roles and how organizations interact with user roles
