Requirements
- You have deep experience managing and optimizing HR systems, specifically UKG Pro and WFM (required)
- You bring a strong understanding of HR operations, from hire to retire
- You’re tech-savvy and analytical — and you love turning data into insights and action
- You’re a collaborative partner who communicates clearly and can explain complex topics to any audience
- You’re a self-starter who’s curious, solutions-focused, and always looking for ways to improve systems and processes
Responsibilities
- Own the administration and optimization of our HRIS system (UKG Pro & WFM), ensuring it runs smoothly and securely
- Serve as the technical expert across HRIS modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, and Reporting
- Partner with People, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Drive automation and process improvements that reduce manual work and improve the employee experience
- Expand and enhance self-service capabilities for employees and managers, making information easier to find and use
- Lead system integrations, workflows, and configuration updates in alignment with business needs
- Provide training, support, and guidance to HR team members and internal users
- Troubleshoot issues and act as a go-to resource for all things HRIS
Preferred Qualifications
You’ve worked with tools like Ashby, Deel, Lattice, or similar platforms and understand how they connect within the People tech ecosystem
