Requirements

• Must be an Indonesian local (citizen or permanent resident)
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in AI engineering, data science, or related roles
• Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI models, algorithms, and applications to solve real-world business challenges
• Oversee the full AI model lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to training, evaluation, and deployment
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, integrating best practices into projects
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and secure
