Summary

Connext is seeking a self-driven and talented Head of Business Development to support the company's growth journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing and implementing business development in the interop space, leading a team focused on driving adoption and partnerships, and landing integrations with various key players. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a goal of growing transactions volume 10x over the next year.

• You spent 7+ years in a BD role
• You have hustle and curiosity: you are truly curious about potential client’s problems and are able to make people excited and secure Win-Win deals
• You are a leader: you’ve led BD teams and know how to build goals, processes and incentives for top-performance
• You are data-driven and thorough
• You have a strong network of contacts in the space

Responsibilities

• Strategize and implement business development in the interop space
• Identify and capitalize on emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities
• Lead a BD team focused on driving adoption and partnerships within the Interop and Chain Abstraction ecosystem
• Land integrations with fast growing dApps, L2s and Modular Blockchains, Intent Solver Networks, Market-makers, CEXes, and other key players
• Drive volume and protocol fees generation
