Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
• 10+ years in corporate finance with 5+ years in a leadership role within financial services
• Strong expertise in M&A, capital markets, financial modeling, and strategic financial management
• Leadership experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, including capital raising, M&A, and investment opportunities to support growth and profitability
• Lead debt and equity financing, evaluate investment opportunities, and structure deals for optimal financial outcomes
• Oversee financial modeling, valuation analysis, and reporting to support key decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring robust financial controls and performance tracking
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing corporate finance team, promoting continuous professional growth
• Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage financial risks
