As Head of Creative Strategy, you will be responsible for developing systems that translate strategic thinking into revenue growth for clients, building playbooks, leading the team, and ensuring successful outcomes. You will need to be skilled in shaping, scaling, and selling creative strategies, identifying growth levers within brands, and turning creative ideas into revenue. The position involves client retention, service line impact, and team leadership, requiring a blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution. Requirements

  • 3-5+ years leading creative strategy in DTC/eCommerce environments
  • Have led a team and understand the balance of candor and care
  • Thrive on results, not fluff...you want to win for your clients and your team
  • Can toggle between high-level thinking and deep tactical execution
  • Are known for turning vague goals into repeatable systems
  • Know your way around performance ads, email flows
  • You believe in the mantra "Make people feel something, until they buy something"
  • Have first-hand experience with design tools (Creative Suite, Figma, Canva and the like)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and own Right Hook’s creative strategy systems + methodologies across Email, Google, and Paid Social
  • Build a network of brand-aligned creators and embed them into our client success systems, processes
  • Collaborate with strategists, buyers, and creatives to deliver clear, data-backed growth playbooks
  • Audit existing client creative outputs and guide direction with scientific thinking, precision and empathy
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through upsells, partnerships, or new service lines
  • Own the onboarding and audit experience for new clients β€” from diagnosis to "Damn, they get us"
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to support sales pitches, marketing messaging, and client storytelling
  • Represent Right Hook at key events and within thought leadership content
  • Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing global team of creative strategists
  • Set team KPIs, run reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and creative excellence
  • Build out training, SOPs, and internal pathways that level up our people (and our product)

  • You like measuring creative more than producing, ideating or planning it
  • You want a role with zero client exposure
  • You shy away from data, results, or tough conversations

  • You have never had any hands-on design experience
