Head of Cybersecurity Integration & Delivery

Requirements

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English
• Solid experience in the cybersecurity sector, working directly with SOC and/or Cybersecurity Operations
• Deep, hands-on knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Threat Intelligence, Incident Response (CSIRT), Digital Fraud Investigations, or Managed Security Services (MSSP)
• Experience defining and tracking metrics and KPIs for a service area
• Experience with the integration and configuration of SIEM and SOAR systems

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term strategy for the Delivery & Services area, aligning service offerings with the company’s global objectives
• Structure and optimize workflows to ensure SLA compliance and excellence in service delivery, while maintaining efficiency and scalability—monitoring key KPIs and reporting results to the executive team
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery, including platform implementation and configuration, alert triage, fraud investigation, and threat intelligence research
• Represent Axur as a technical escalation point in alignment meetings, war rooms, and strategic committees with clients and partners
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing, multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of autonomy, technical excellence, and customer focus
• Act as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership, ensuring continuous feedback for the evolution of Axur’s solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at cybersecurity vendors and/or integrators, with understanding of implementation, onboarding, and continuous value delivery challenges
• Experience in high-growth tech companies (e.g., scale-ups)
• Experience managing P&L (profit and loss) for a business unit
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
