Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in product design, with at least 4 years in a leadership role

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically distributed team of product designers and UX writers
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering counterparts to develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs, and industry best practices
• Oversee the creation of wireframes and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and validate user interactions
