Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree
• 10+ years of work experience in software product design
• 3+ years of product design people management experience, managing a team of at least 5

Responsibilities

• Run a design function that builds highly functional, efficient, and delightful products for external customers and internal users
• Hire, retain and develop a world class product design team; ensure your team deeply understands the intricacies of complex legal workflows
• Foster a strong, collaborative and human-centered design culture that pushes the frontier of human-AI interfaces
• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and leadership to shape the future of the EvenUp platform
• Oversee multiple projects and scale design resources accordingly, ensuring development is fast, product quality is high, and team members are set up for success with clear goals
• Own a small but strategic set of IC projects which will keep your leadership close to the craft and rooted in the needs of the customer
