Requirements

  • Leadership experience with other A* product designers
  • Professional experience in product design for at least 8 years, delivering high-grade UI/UX for SaaS products or gaming, as well as designing editor interfaces
  • Industry experience in the creative software industry (graphic, video, photo), with experience working on design editor platforms
  • Expertise in design principles, typography, colour theory, and user-centred design principles with a proficiency in Figma and sharp eye for visual details
  • Be KPI driven
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels
  • Be a self-starter, motivated to take initiative, prioritise, and manage multiple project and leadership tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design team across the business and cross-functionally with other teams
  • Hire a Senior Product Designer for the Collaboration team
  • Manage your team’s strategy, objectives, KPIs, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Kittl's business goals
  • Use and communicate with data to track team and product design performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Collaborate with various teams to help develop and evolve the current product design proposition
  • Design user flows, create wireframes, prototypes, and graphics that are intuitive and visually appealing
