Summary
Join a fast-growing SaaS company in the real estate and energy sector as their Head of Engineering. Requirements
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in dynamic tech environments (SaaS, cloud, continuous delivery, DDD)
- Strong technical expertise combined with strategic thinking
- Proven track record in scaling engineering teams and developing modern technical organizations
- A clear, people-centric leadership style focused on ownership and collaboration
- Fluency in English (our engineering team works in English); German is a plus
