Head of ESG

Summary

Join Quince as the Head of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) to ensure we're delivering on our promise of Responsibly Made products. Develop and refine our ESG strategy, monitor supplier compliance, identify ESG risks and opportunities, and lead the preparation of comprehensive ESG reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related fields, with a track record of leadership and impact
• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines, with a focus on their application to the e-commerce sector
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and perspectives
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative ESG initiatives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Passion for sustainability, technology, and driving positive change

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine Quince.com's ESG strategy, aligning with our mission, values, and stakeholder expectations
• Evolve our Supplier Code of Conduct, monitor compliance and address any deviations through a consequence model
• Identify ESG-related risks and opportunities within our supply chain, operations, and product lifecycle. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance resilience
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track Quince.com 's progress towards ESG goals. Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Stay informed about evolving ESG regulations, standards, and reporting requirements. Ensure Quince.com 's compliance with applicable laws and guidelines
• Lead the preparation and publication of comprehensive ESG reports, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB)
• Collaborate with teams across Quince.com to integrate ESG considerations into business processes and decision-making
• Determine appropriate external industry groups and forums to participate in to improve ESG impact
