Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial management or senior FP&A roles; experience in the tech/software sector is a plus
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills
• Practical knowledge of IFRS, including elements of consolidation
• Experience collaborating in a multinational group environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with financial systems
• Strong communication skills in Polish and English (B2+ level or higher)
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations

Responsibilities

• Lead management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting in line with Group requirements
• Prepare financial inputs for the monthly business review with Group C-level leadership
• Collaborate closely with the Accounting team, supporting the month-end close process, and advising on the recognition of non-standard transactions
• Act as a liaison between the Group and the Polish unit for the implementation of KPIs, management accounting concepts, and new financial tools
• Business partnering by translating business needs into financial language and actions, ensuring alignment with IFRS and Group policies and objectives
