Remote Head of technical business partnering and financial control

Summary

The job is for an FP&A role in Kyivstar, where the employee will lead budgeting, control processes, investment committee materials preparation, and provide support for technical and IT functions on finance-related issues. Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance
• 5+ years’ experience and deep knowledge in financial and investment analysis, financial models, business plans and other investment documents
• 3+ years’ experience in team management (5+ members)

Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting process for technology and IT
• Lead the budget control process for TD and IT functions
• Lead Investment Committee materials preparation
• Provide support for Technical and IT functions on finance-related issues
• Development and performance analysis of investment projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced in negotiations with clients, financial institutions, internal users and HQ representatives
• Extensive practical experience of preparing budgets, presentations for customers and financial institutions as well as for company's management
