Summary

Join Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace, as Head of Sourcing and manage the Northern Europe and Middle East Project Partnering team. You will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of 7 Project Partners, building strong relationships with stakeholders, optimizing staffing, driving change, and accelerating Malt's vision of improving client autonomy. The role requires 6+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, operations, or project management, ideally in a fast-growing B2B environment. You should have successful experience managing a team and be comfortable with data analysis. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, operations or project management
  • Ideally in a fast-growing B2B environment or an agency and managed major client accounts
  • Successful experience managing a team and the leadership to structure and develop a cross-cultural team
  • Comfortable with data, can deep dive and leverage data to identify areas of improvement and inform decisions
  • You demonstrate autonomy and you are a decision maker driving change, taking initiatives, challenging status quo

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach and develop a team of 7 Project Partners, 3 based locally in London and 4 across Europe and Middle East
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, most importantly ensuring close collaboration with Sales and Project Partners
  • Optimize staffing vs needs across countries (pooling, right timing for new recruitment/backfill, productivity/efficiency)
  • Embrace and drive change across countries including new processes, tools, ways of working etc., creating a “One Team” spirit
  • Accelerate Malt’s vision of improving client autonomy, driving product adoption through Demos, a new way of working for our Project Partners
  • Work in collaboration with Data, Product and Engineering teams to inform and influence their roadmap to improve the freelancer and client sourcing experience
  • Operate both strategically and tactically, prioritising and making trade-offs between short term and long term goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideally experience in change management and organisational transformation
  • Knowledge of Consulting or Contingency workforces is a big plus
