Requirements
- Proven experience in roles focused on content quality management or quality assurance processes
- Strong knowledge of quality management practices, data analysis, and content standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- English proficiency level: Upper Intermediate and higher (spoken and written)
- Ukrainian proficiency level: Upper Intermediate and higher (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality standards for content
- Create and enforce policies and processes for job vacancy quality assurance
- Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the content lifecycle
- Design and implement checklists, SLAs, and other tools to evaluate content quality
- Introduce automated systems for content moderation and validation
- Conduct ongoing monitoring and audits to identify and resolve content issues
- Analyze user complaints, classify them, and identify core problems
- Implement changes to reduce complaints and improve content quality
- Regularly report on quality goals and metrics
- Work closely with the Data Aggregation Team, Customer Support, and Customer Success teams to coordinate quality initiatives
- Provide actionable feedback loops between teams to quickly address user complaints
- Promote a culture of quality within the organization
- Establish and integrate quality standards and processes for the content quality team
- Recruit, train, and mentor content quality specialists
- Foster autonomy and self-organization within the team
