Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, product management, and technical leadership
• At least 1-2 years of leadership experience
• Strong expertise in AI tools such as ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, RunwayML, Pictory, Synthesia, and others
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, NLP, and automation frameworks
• Proven ability to build and scale AI-based ventures from MVP to market adoption
• Strong problem-solving skills, strategic mindset, and ability to execute quickly in a lean environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product roadmap, from idea to launch, across multiple AI-driven ventures
• Define and test MVPs quickly, using data to validate and scale high-potential products
• Build AI automation workflows to streamline content creation, arbitrage, and engagement
• Work closely with Growth & Sales to drive virality, monetization, and user adoption
• As the first hire, build and scale the tech team from the ground up
• Make key technical decisions, ensuring high standards in code quality and architecture
• Design and manage AI-driven systems for YouTube automation, luxury goods arbitrage, and AI-powered news aggregation
• Choose and implement the best AI tools, frameworks, and platforms for scalability and efficiency
• Optimize AI workflows for seamless automation, real-time data analysis, and scalability
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring rapid iteration and deployment
• Track and optimize key performance metrics (KPIs) to improve product success
• Develop monetization strategies through ads, subscriptions, affiliate marketing, and SaaS models
• Improve SEO, discoverability, and user engagement in collaboration with Growth & Sales
• Assess potential exit opportunities and acquisition strategies for successful ventures
• Work with the founding team to define business and product strategy
• Hire and lead a high-performing technical team as the company grows
• Foster an agile, high-speed, and quality-focused product development culture
• Provide clear insights on timelines, resources, and technical constraints
