Requirements

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing product teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the companyβs business goals
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation
- Define key success metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of product initiatives
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners, providing guidance and support in prioritizing and executing product initiatives
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure alignment with company priorities, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and drive accountability for deliverables
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to launch and iteration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end engineers, back-end engineers, QA engineers, and designers, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
- Drive agile methodologies and best practices to optimize product development processes and increase efficiency
- Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leadership, providing regular updates on product initiatives, milestones, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, prioritize feature requests, and address feedback
