You will lead Agile training, foster a culture of accountability, and help teams adopt Agile tools and methodologies. The position requires strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, along with experience in Scrum, SAFe, and enterprise Agile transformations. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, with expertise in Scrum, SAFe, and enterprise Agile transformations
  • 5+ years of experience in management, team-building, or organizational change leadership
  • SAFe Certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent)
  • Experience refining and implementing Agile processes at scale, with a focus on velocity tracking, PI Planning, and Agile team enablement
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools: JIRA, Confluence (for backlog management and Agile workflows)
  • Miro, Lucid, or similar tools (for collaborative planning and retrospectives)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse global teams and drive action

Responsibilities

  • Act as a thought partner to the CTO, translating executive priorities into actionable delivery strategies that accelerate impact
  • Drive quarterly SAFe planning, ensuring cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and Business teams
  • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of Agile delivery processes, including Scrum facilitation, PI Planning, and Agile Release Train (ART) coordination
  • Support and lead Agile training efforts to help teams mature their Agile practices, ensuring Agile is not just a framework but an engaging, effective, and evolving discipline
  • Foster a culture of accountability to Agile best practices while making the process fun, interactive, and adaptable to CleanChoice Energyโ€™s unique team dynamics
  • Help teams adopt Agile tools and methodologies effectively, ensuring technology planning and execution remain efficient and scalable
  • Lead and coordinate stakeholders for technology adoption across all business areas, including: Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Operations, Generation, Finance, Accounting, and HR
  • Enhance remote-first team integration, ensuring distributed teams feel connected and aligned
  • Facilitate clear communications and collaboration, providing structured visibility into key initiatives and blockers
  • Provide direct support to the CTO and agile delivery pods for key initiatives, priorities, and responsibilities
  • Coordinate CleanChoice Energyโ€™s technology departments and functions as they execute quarterly strategic planning
  • Own and improve agile-driven technology planning and cross-departmental communication in coordination with the CTO leadership team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering continuous collaboration

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $140,000 - $160,000
