Head of Rapid Recovery

Summary

Join A-Gas and lead the Rapid Recovery (gas acquisition) business, driving performance to meet operational and commercial targets and growth. This role reports to the Gas Acquisition Director - Europe and can be based in Eygelshoven, Netherlands, or remotely with frequent travel. Responsibilities include P&L responsibility in an SME environment and strong sales & sales management within the refrigeration/HVAC industry or related sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial relationships with distributors and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. A safety-first mindset and analytical abilities are crucial. The position requires professional-level English language skills.

Requirements

• Have P&L responsibility in a SME environment
• Demonstrate a strong track record in sales & sales management within the refrigeration/HVAC industry or ancillary services industries
• Possess a background in a services or rentals business model
• Have experience of managing commercial relationships with distributors/ wholesalers/ contractors
• Possess English language skills to professional business level
• Maintain a safety-first mindset and behaviours
• Be analytical and process-driven

Responsibilities

Lead and drive the overall performance of the Rapid Recovery (gas acquisition) business so that we are able to meet operational and commercial targets and growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Have business start-up experience
• Hold a Bachelor Degree/ Masters
• Have knowledge of technical gases or chemicals or waste management
• Be multilingual including Dutch and/or French
