Summary

They are seeking a Healthcare Partnerships Manager with experience in outbound sales or business development in the healthcare industry, who will create and scale playbooks to expand their footprint and drive business growth. The required qualifications include 5+ years of quota-carrying experience, 3+ years of self-sourcing deals, and 2+ years working with large healthcare clients. Preferred qualifications include experience in taking a business from 0 to 1, building repeatable processes for growth, and selling at a startup.

Requirements

• 5+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development serving the healthcare industry, with a track record of top 25% performance
• 3+ years of self-sourcing at least 50% of deals through outbound channels, including cold calling
• 2+ years working with healthcare clients that have 1,000+ employees
• Experience exceeding an annual quota of at least $750,000, or bringing in at least as much incremental revenue through partnership growth
