Requirements

  • 7+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development serving the healthcare industry, with a track record of top 25% performance
  • 5+ years of self-sourcing at least 50% of deals through outbound channels, including cold calling
  • 3+ years working with healthcare clients that have 3,000+ employees
  • Experience exceeding an annual quota of at least $1.25M, or bringing in at least as much incremental revenue through partnership growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience selling to a variety of buyers in healthcare or health systems, from individual contributor users to executive decision-makers; and from companies with low-tech adoption to companies with high-tech adoption
  • Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM tool

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in applying curiosity and experimentation to solve ambiguous problems
  • Experience taking a business from 0 to 1
  • Ability to build and scale repeatable processes for driving growth
  • Experience in both pre-sale and post-sale functions
  • Experience selling at a startup
