Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 2-3+ years of proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a staffing agency environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and account managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Coordinate interviews with Account Managers/Clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the offer process
- Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in healthcare recruitment
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement recruitment campaigns and initiatives
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote Focus Staff and build relationships with potential candidates
