Summary

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of IT support experience, particularly in a help desk or first-line support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows desktop systems (Windows 10 and later) for troubleshooting and support
  • Proficiency in Office 365 administration, including user management, email troubleshooting, and access permissions
  • Experience with ticketing systems (preferably Autotask) for logging and resolving IT issues
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist customers over the phone and via email

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support by troubleshooting and resolving Office 365 and Windows desktop issues
  • Log and manage tickets using the Autotask ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution
  • Assist customers over the phone with technical issues, maintaining excellent communication and service
  • Create and manage user accounts, including setting up new employees with the necessary IT access
  • Set up and configure devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for end-users
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure complete resolution and maintain high client satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

Basic experience with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
