Summary

Join FusionTek, a growing Managed Service Provider, as a Help Desk Support Technician! This role focuses on providing exceptional IT support to clients, troubleshooting issues with Windows, MacOS, and Office 365. You will work with a team to deliver world-class service, both remotely and on-site. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in professional IT support and strong communication skills. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in professional IT support
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10, 11 and MacOS
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 office suite
  • Time management skills are crucial to your success in this role
  • Superb verbal and written communications skills are a must

Responsibilities

  • Primarily focus on desktop and laptop support, including break/fix issues, application installation and configuration, and user level settings
  • Investigate and remediate malware alerts and help users enroll in MFA
  • Work through our ticketing system to document, track, and escalate tickets
  • Work in our documentation platform to keep everything up to date
  • Work with a team of intelligent people to deliver world class service to our clients, both remotely and onsite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Office 365 cloud services
  • Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS
  • A+ and/or Network+ certifications
  • Experience with a ticketing system
  • Familiarity with Autotask
