Summary
Join Massive Bio, a rapidly growing health-tech startup, as a freelance Hematology/Oncology Account Manager based in Germany. Drive clinical trial enrollment by engaging with Hematologists and Oncologists. This flexible role offers commission-based compensation for successful patient enrollments. Ideal for professionals seeking to expand their impact within the oncology field while leveraging their existing network. You will be responsible for building a referral network, making outbound calls and in-person visits, maintaining CRM systems, and reporting results. The position requires strong communication skills and experience in Hematology/Oncology sales.
Requirements
- Possess a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Have 4+ years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology, preferably in respected pharma companies
- Maintain an extensive network of Hematologists/Oncologists
- Be able to travel to Hematologist's/Oncologist's offices, whether using public transport or owning a car to travel
- Be fluent in German
- Possess familiarity with medical terminology and the health care system
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be local in Germany
Responsibilities
- Create a referral physician network of Hematologists/Oncologists for Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services
- Make outbound calls to Hematologists' and Oncologists' offices to create awareness of Massive Bio's offerings and follow up with in-person visits
- Keep CRM systems current; follow up communication with physicians; report results to internal leadership and team members
- Collect and communicate physicians' offices' feedback to Massive Bio's sales/marketing/product development/delivery operations teams
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with physicians
- Coordinate networking efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential and status reports
