Hiring Specialist

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English (C1+) and Ukrainian
• Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking System
• At least 1−3 years of the Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience
• Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions
• Desire to advance in IT
• Experience with recruiting candidates through different job websites, sourcing skills
• Open, easy-going personality

Responsibilities

• Conduct video interviews with potential candidates
• Assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and overall fit for the role
• Provide detailed feedback on interviewed candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process
• Be an ambassador of SupportYourApp and promote our company’s brand and values

Preferred Qualifications

Any other foreign language knowledge is a plus
