Summary

Join Zipdev as our detail-oriented and dependable HR Admin! This role supports our HR department by managing the employee lifecycle, from account setup to offboarding. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth processes. Key responsibilities include account setup and deactivation, onboarding and offboarding coordination, client setup support, background checks, payroll preparation, managing time off requests, internal communications, and providing general HR administrative support. This is a remote position offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, operations, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Comfortable using HR and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, HRIS, payroll platforms)
  • Proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented
  • Proficient in Excel and/ or Google Sheets
  • Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)

Responsibilities

  • Account setup and deactivation (tools, email, databases)
  • Operational onboarding and offboarding coordination
  • Support client setup (billing, PTO, schedules)
  • Background checks and hardware coordination
  • Payroll preparation support (adjustments, timesheets, updates)
  • Manage time off requests and financial assistance plans
  • Internal communications (announcements, birthdays, anniversaries)
  • Provide general HR admin support and documentation
