Summary

An HR Associate is needed to provide administrative support for employee lifecycle processes, assist with executing personnel procedures and policies, input data into various HR systems, and provide day-to-day customer service. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1 year of Human Resources experience, be proficient in using Google Suite, and possess strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1 year of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc)

Responsibilities

• Execute the onboarding and offboarding process including entering employees into relevant HR systems, preparing and processing relevant paperwork
• Support new hire integration, host orientation programs, process new hire paperwork, including required documents through insurance and benefits
• Provide day-to-day customer service support by answering calls and emails with a positive attitude, and escalating cases when appropriate
• Maintain and manage job descriptions
