• YouTube experience either professionally or personally is a must
• Clear understanding of SEO and how it relates to YouTube
• Strong ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping track of client deliverables
• Pragmatic data analysis and reporting skills with a keen ability to distill data into clear and actionable takeaways
• Thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment with skills managing brands
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, particularly around teamwork and clients
• Impeccable attention to detail and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple brands' YouTube channels holistically from publishing calendars to channel updates to analytics and reporting
• Work with the Channel Management team to manage the day-to-day client relationship and have a strong understanding of how brands can use YouTube to grow their organic social presence
