Requirements

  • Working proficiency in both English and Spanish
  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or HR administrative support
  • Experience and knowledge in CR Employment Law
  • Knowledge of human resources operations and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to staff
  • Address HR queries as they arise daily
  • Coordinate and delegate queries to the appropriate team members
  • Assist with maintaining employee records and support onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
  • Support the management of various employee benefits programs, such as group insurance and pensions, ensuring benefit platforms are up to date
  • Collaborate with the payroll and operations teams to address payroll changes and benefit queries
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers as needed
  • Assist the People Team with planning offsite events
  • Perform ad hoc duties as they arise
  • Ensure we comply with Free Trade Zone Regulations (customs paperwork, local assets and tagging, audits, access visits)
  • Assist with IT equipment orders, import, and changes of equipment for employees and undertake control and registration of movements of IT assets as part of the Free Trade Zone Laws
  • Coordination with Finance on payment requests, Pos, and invoices
  • Provide support to HR to ensure occupational health local regulations are applied
