HR Data Analyst

Summary

The job is for a Data Analyst position at Docplanner, a leading healthcare technology company operating in 13 countries. The role involves deriving insights from data to support various departments and make intelligent decisions. The candidate should have experience in SQL, data analysis, and visualization, and strong communication skills in English.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights
• Have 2+ years of experience in the business/ data/ HR analysis area
• Experience in working with business oriented teams, knowing how to adjust their way of explanation to the audience
• Experience in data management and visualization (experience in Tableau is a plus)
• Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research
• Experience in leading and executing end-to-end Data projects
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Derive facts from data and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations
• Support the People Experience (HR) team with identifying opportunities and making intelligent, data-driven decisions
• Leverage reporting, data analytics, data quality and visualization to provide insights for routine and ad-hoc operational requests
• Co-creating key definitions of KPIs, and ensuring their global alignment

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics or a related field
• Experience in working in an international team
• Can take a step back from the technicalities and examine them through a business lens
• Like to see the instant effects of your work
• Are careful, diligent, and detail-oriented
