Summary
Join Velocity Global as a Human Resources Specialist and support both employees and clients throughout their employment lifecycle. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of regional Human Resources experience required
- Fluency in Dutch and business proficiency in the English language
- Conflict handling and resolution skills
- Experience in employment law
- Interest in international business and contributing at a high level
- Experience working within EOR or HR Outsourcing
- Experience working through CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Coordinate every aspect of the employment life cycle for our supported employees through close collaboration with global teams such as Immigration and Payroll teams and external parties such as local service providers
- Provide expert-level support to our clients, managing client queries and advising on benefits, international payroll, expense reporting, and other HR matters
- Drive employee satisfaction and retention amongst our supported employees with sincerity and passion, always with a customer service mindset
- Increase client satisfaction through quick onboarding timelines and always maintaining our resolution times
- Manage and audit all HR records
- Ensure compliance with the local employment law
- Be aware of applicable Collective Agreements and partner with required teams to ensure compliance
- Identify potential issues, support the root cause analysis, and raise it to the concerned teams while ensuring resolution
