Summary

Join VirtualResource (VR), a boutique consultancy, as an experienced HR Transformation Project Manager to lead the selection of a new Time and Attendance/Workforce Management solution in Germany. This pivotal role will shape workforce scheduling, shift management, and time tracking in complex factory environments. You will assist in developing the RFP, manage the end-to-end selection process, partner with business SMEs to gather requirements, review RFP content, liaise with vendors, and support the evaluation process. As a VR consultant, you'll enjoy flexibility in managing your day while meeting objectives and client demands. The role is remote, requiring effective communication with cross-functional European teams and senior HR stakeholders. Success demands strong communication, the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, and comfort with video calls.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with time and attendance solutions in complex factory environments, including scheduling and shift management
  • Hands-on knowledge of solutions such as Workday Leave, Time Off, Time Tracking , Kronos/UKG , or Atoss
  • Strong understanding of the functional aspects of time and attendance systems and how they can deliver business value
  • Track record of participating in time and attendance implementation projects and vendor selection processes
  • Experience managing time and attendance solutions in BAU or support contexts
  • Fluent in German and English

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the development of the RFP and managing the end-to-end RFP selection process for a new Time and Attendance/Workforce Management solution in Germany
  • Partnering with three business SMEs to gather detailed requirements for inclusion in the RFP
  • Reviewing RFP content to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness
  • Liaising with potential vendors, addressing both technical and functional queries
  • Supporting the evaluation process by validating vendor responses against agreed criteria

Preferred Qualifications

  • College or University Degree in HR
  • Experience in large-scale HR transformation programmes
  • Vendor management and contract negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams
