Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in identity and access management, with at least 5 years in a senior architect or leadership role
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and technologies
  • Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock, or Microsoft Identity Platform
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex IAM solutions in large-scale enterprise environments
  • Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and architectures, particularly in Microsoft Azure (Entra) or AWS environments
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and GDPR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues and propose innovative solutions

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect cloud solutions on the Microsoft Azure (Entra) platform based on business requirements, best practices, and architectural principles
  • Plan and design Azure infrastructure components to meet scalability, availability, and performance requirements
  • Design Azure Active Directory solutions for identity management, authentication, and authorization
  • Define and implement security controls and compliance requirements for Azure environments
  • Architect integration solutions using Azure Integration Services
  • Design data solutions using services like Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to gather requirements, communicate architectural decisions, and provide guidance and expertise on Azure solutions and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) preferred
