Summary

Join IDMWORKS, an award-winning IAM solutions firm, as an IAM Architect. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions. Lead architecture and design of new IAM solutions, conduct technology assessments, and communicate program strategy to executive management. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, capacity planning, and troubleshooting IAM solutions. Maintain multiple environments, perform testing, and provide training and support. Stay current on IAM market trends and best practices. This position requires 3+ years of IAM implementation/architecture experience and a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field. IAM technology-specific training/certification is preferred, as is CISSP certification. Knowledge of various IAM components and experience in object-oriented programming are also required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with IAM implementation/architecture, security consulting/administration
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field IAM Technology-specific, training/certification
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following IAM components: Identity Governance & Administration Access, Management SSO, Federation Privileged Access Management, Enterprise Directories
  • Experience in Java, C#, or similar object-oriented programming

Responsibilities

  • Engage in requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations and solutions to clients
  • Lead architecture and design new IAM solutions
  • Lead capacity planning, logical and physical architecture design, hardware requirements definition, availability and continuity discussions
  • Lead IAM technology assessments and health checks
  • Assist in communicating IAM program strategy and success to executive management
  • Installation, Integration, Configuration, and Deployment of IAM solutions
  • Develop and perform testing for IAM solutions
  • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessary
  • Maintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLC
  • Troubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions including product support
  • Remain current on IAM and IAM market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Other duties as assigned
