Summary

Join ServiceNow as an Information Security professional specializing in Identity & Access Management (IGA). This role demands a strong understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ, proven implementation skills, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to architect, deploy, and support IAM solutions. Responsibilities include developing deployment plans for application integration, analyzing infrastructure updates, and planning product upgrades. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in technical delivery and a desire for continued growth within our solutions. This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of experience in Identity Management & Governance.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline, or commensurate professional experience
  • At least 10 years of experience with Identity Management & Governance solutions, SSO, user directories, and web access management technologies
  • Demonstrated experience architecting and deploying federations between disparate applications, both on-prem and cloud-based
  • Hands-on experience deploying one or more of the following vendors' IAM solutions, SailPoint
  • Experience in Java development
  • Ability to work in team-oriented environment where collaboration is encouraged and valued
  • Ability to demonstrate self-direction, self-learning, and independent problem solving
  • Ability to combine data and knowledge from various sources to determine the optimal approach for planning and execution
  • Demonstrated knowledge of web servers, clients and browsers, LDAP directories, and MYSQL, MariaDB, PostgresSQL databases
  • Knowledge of common network services and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, HTTPS, VPN
  • Solid Windows & UNIX skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of common programming practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal team and stakeholders to architect, deploy and support Identity & Access Management solutions in high-availability environments using Sailpoint IdentityIQ
  • Develop strategy and deployment plans for application integration
  • Analyze and plan significant infrastructure updates and product upgrades

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Web application servers, SAML, XML, SOAP and web services is strongly preferred
