ICT Engineer

Requirements

• Have professional experience in the administration of NAS Storage systems: NAS / Object Storage: NetApp - FAS / AFF / Ontap-Select, EMC - DD2200 / DD3300, NetApp - StorageGRID Webscale
• Speak German and English at least on B2 level
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Taking care of delivery orders, changes, incidents
• Administration of NAS / Object Storage: NetApp - FAS / AFF / Ontap-Select, EMC - DD2200 / DD3300, NetApp - StorageGRID Webscale
• Dealing with upgrades (clusters, shelves, disks etc.)
• Covering business via on-call
• Dealing with troubleshooting calls with the customers
• Supporting new storage installations, configurations, projects
