Summary
Join us as an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Architect, a remote (Netherlands-based) full-time contract position for 6 months with potential extension. You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide identity governance solutions. Key responsibilities include designing IGA capabilities, creating architecture documentation, defining and overseeing implementation of policies, developing IGA roadmaps, analyzing infrastructure, developing IGA policies and standards, and working with stakeholders. This role requires deep expertise in leading IGA platforms, IGA frameworks, directory services, and cloud identity solutions. A minimum of 8-10 years of IGA experience with 5+ years in architecture roles is needed. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in leading IGA platforms like Saviynt and/or SailPoint
- Deep expertise in IGA frameworks, protocols, and standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM)
- Strong knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID) and federation technologies
- Familiarity with cloud identity solutions and security architectures
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Experience with privileged access management (PAM) solutions
- Proficiency in identity governance and administration (IGA)
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IGA with 5+ years in architecture roles
- Track record of successful enterprise IGA implementations
- Experience leading technical teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Strong background in information security and risk management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of various Identity Governance capabilities including identity lifecycle management, RBAC, user provisioning, access reviews, access requests etc
- Creates detailed architecture documentation, and provides technical leadership to implementation teams
- Define and oversee implementation of policies, authentication mechanisms, authorization frameworks, service account management, CI/CD pipelines for IGA, target application integrations, PAM integrations, and access governance across the enterprise
- Develop IGA roadmaps aligned with business objectives and security requirements
- Analyze the current IGA infrastructure to identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Develops IGA policies and standards, and ensures compliance with security frameworks and regulations
- Work with technical and business stakeholders to understand business requirements to identify and define technical solutions
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, security, and performance expectations
